Business Development

Responsibility :

Recruit potential voice agencies & anchor & through online and offline channels, who will be partners on the platform, and develop relationships for a "Voice+" ecosystem.

Establish and maintain key partnerships with agencies and anchors, and foster strong relationships with them.

Collaborate with internal and cross-functional teams to promote the application, events, and users to support hosts and agencies.

Conduct offline meetings with agencies and anchors to gather feedback, build relationships, and provide timely responses for improvement.

Assist in the training, guidance and daily management of the agency.

Requirement :

Master at least Malay, English

Minimum of 1 year of experience in voice or live-streaming system

Possess rich resources of Malay hosts and agencies.

Have solid interpersonal skills with the ability to work with different people.

Have a strong social media presence and knowledge.

Understanding Chinese is preferred

The salary is RM 6K-10K
