In 2009, the company successfully implemented an integrated ISO9001 : 2008 Quality Management System and OHSAS 18001 : 2007 Occupational Health and Safety System.

Position : Senior Quantity Surveyor

Location : Solaris Mont' Kiara, KL

Responsibilities :

  • Report to the Board of Directors.
  • Able to work independently and assist the contract department for both pre and post-contract which include tendering exercises and preparing main contractor claims
  • Attend tender and site progress meeting
  • Communicate and liaise with consultants and subcontractors

Requirements :

  • Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree / Post Graduate Diploma / Professional Degree in Quantity Survey or equivalent.
  • Required language(s) : Bahasa Malaysia, Mandarin (Compulsory), English
  • Minimum 3 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
  • Required Skill(s) : Ms Office, AutoCad
  • Applicants must possess their own transport.

    • Remuneration packages :

    Basic : RM 4,000 to RM 5,500

    EPF, SOCSO, EIS

    Benefit : Parking Allowance

    Working Days :

    Office (5 days work week) : Mon – Friday 8 : 00am - 4 : 30pm

    Job Type : Permanent

    Pay : Up to RM5,500.00 per month
