Overview
The Operations Manager oversees all café outlets to ensure smooth day-to-day operations, excellent customer experience, and adherence to SOPs. This role focuses on outlet performance, staff management, and continuous improvement in service standards.
Key Responsibilities
Outlet Experience, Operations & SOP
- Ensure all outlets follow company SOPs for opening, closing, service flow, hygiene, and food safety.
- Regularly audit outlets for cleanliness, consistency, and service quality.
- Drive improvements in customer experience to maintain high satisfaction and ratings.
Manager Performance & Training
Supervise and evaluate Outlet Managers’ performance.Provide coaching, mentoring, and on-the-job training to managers and supervisors.Set performance targets (sales, service speed, customer feedback) and monitor results.Staff Recruitment & Development
Work with HR to recruit, interview, and onboard staff for outlets.Plan staff scheduling and manpower allocation.Conduct training sessions on customer service, product knowledge, and SOP updates.Operational Excellence & Reporting
Monitor daily sales reports, costs, and wastage from outlets.Identify operational issues and implement corrective actions.Report outlet performance and improvements to management on a monthly basis.Qualifications
Diploma / Degree in Business, Hospitality, or related field.5 years of experience in F&B outlet operations or retail management.Strong leadership, people management, and problem-solving skills.Hands-on and proactive in resolving operational issues.Good communication skills in both Malay & English.Salary
