  • Role : Route to Market – Operations (On-site, Permanent, Full-time) in Shah Alam, Selangor, Malaysia.
  • Salary : RM1,700 – RM1,900 a month.

Responsibilities

  • Loading, transporting, and delivering items to customers, shippers and stations in a safe, timely manner.
  • Reviewing orders before and after delivery to ensure that names and addresses are within coverage area.
  • Ensuring all items to be delivered or collected are safe and free from damages.
  • Report discrepancies to Station Head; ensure names and addresses on items match the system.
  • Accepting payments for cash on delivery (COD) items if applicable and ensuring COD collected matches the system.
  • Handle COD money and deliver to Station Head / Fleet Assistant daily.
  • Call the customer before attempting delivery when necessary.
  • Adhere to assigned routes and time schedules; comply with transportation laws and maintain a safe driving record.
