RESPONSIBILITIES :
a) To check all certificate approved by CEO before prepare cheque.
b) To prepare cheque and payment voucher to supplier, subcontractors, utility bills and other ad hoc payments.
c) To key in all trade payables for office transactions.
d) Filing all invoices with payment vouchers for all projects and office expenses.
e) To prepare payment listing for month end closing.
f) To prepare and monitor bank reconciliation.
g) To maintain hire purchase records.
h) To prepare yearly insurance and road tax for all vehicles (renewal).
i) To liaise with auditor on audit matters.
REQUIREMENTS :
a) Minimum SPM or Diploma in Accounting or a related field.
b) Diploma holder or candidates with at least 2 years of experience in a similar role are
preferred.
c)Fresh graduates with a Diploma or internship students are encouraged to apply.
d)Basic knowledge of accounting software is an advantage (e.g. SQL, AutoCount, etc).
e)Detail-oriented, responsible, and able to meet deadlines.
f)Able to work independently and as part of a team.
