Overview
Position : Overseas Recruitment Consultant (Overseas Chinese Preferred)
Work Location : Malaysia (remote work supported)
Responsibilities
- Understand client recruitment needs by analyzing job requirements, industry background, and candidate profiles.
- Actively source, identify, and screensuitable candidates through LinkedIn and other industry channels.
- Lead candidate communication : conduct interviews, assess fit, and prepare recommendation reports.
- Support the project manager in coordinating interviews, collecting feedback, and assisting in offer negotiations.
- Manage recruitment data and candidate status to ensure smooth project progress and results.
- High-performing consultants will gradually take on client communication and project ownership responsibilities, progressing toward a leadership role.
