Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Operations Manager located in Johor Baharu. The Operations Manager will oversee daily operations, ensure efficiency and quality in the production process, and manage inventory and supply chain logistics. Responsibilities also include coordinating between departments, optimizing workflow, and implementing operational strategies to meet company goals. The role requires regular communication with staff and stakeholders to maintain operational excellence.

Qualifications

• Operational and project management skills
• Experience in production processes, supply chain logistics, and inventory management
• Excellent leadership and team management abilities
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work on-site in Johor Baharu
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field
• Experience in the manufacturing industry is a plus
