Overview

Join to apply for the Senior Specialist Payroll Services role at Infineon Technologies .

Responsibilities

  • Administer monthly payroll and off-cycle payments in accordance with company policies and local labor laws.
  • Liaison with statutory bodies to ensure full compliance with EPF, SOCSO, EIS, PCB, HRDF, and other statutory contributions and filings.
  • Maintain and audit payroll records, employee compensation data, and statutory documentation.
  • Support internal and external audits, including preparation of payroll reports and documentation.
  • Gather, analyze, prepare, and summarize payroll reporting.
  • Responsible for handling employees\' payroll and time-related queries through the ticketing system, on time with professionalism and discretion.

Your Profile

  • Bachelor\'s Degree, Post Graduate Diploma in Accounting, Finance, Human Resources, or professional Degree in any field.
  • Minimum 5–7 years of payroll experience, with at least 3 years in a multinational company handling Malaysia payroll; minimum 10 years experience for employees with a diploma.
  • Good knowledge about HR processes, Advanced Excel Skills and HR IT System.
  • Knowledge in GMDS, SAP Payroll & Time systems, would be an advantage.
  • Able to work in a tight timeline.
