Summary

Audit Associates support audit engagements to ensure compliance, accuracy, and high-quality service delivery. Juniors focus on learning and performing assigned tasks. Semi-Seniors handle more complex areas with minimal supervision, and Seniors review work, guide juniors, and liaise with clients and managers.

Responsibilities

• Understand and apply relevant auditing and accounting standards, firm policies, and procedures.
• Perform audit work using the firm’s Audit Express (AE) software, covering planning, fieldwork, and finalization stages.
• Conduct analytical reviews, assess risks, test samples, and document findings accurately.
• Identify and communicate accounting or audit issues to engagement managers or partners.
• Prepare audit working papers, reports, and ensure proper documentation and file management.
• Follow up on audit findings, recommend improvements, and assist in client fee collection.
• Maintain data integrity and ensure all files are properly saved and backed up.
• Participate in firm activities, continuous learning, and other assignments beyond core audit tasks.
