Penerangan pekerjaanLanguage required : Mandarin, English and Bahasa Malaysia. Fresh graduates are welcomed to apply Minimum 3 years’ experience in site supervision, preferably in interior fit-out or renovation. Strong understanding of construction drawings, detailing, and materials. Able to lead site teams and subcontractors effectively. Good communication and problem-solving skills. Possession of CIDB Green Card is an advantage. Skills required : Site Management, Interior Design Knowledge, Construction Supervision, Quality Control, Project Coordination, Problem-Solving, Communication Skills and Leadership Attractive remuneration package. Career progression to Project Manager role. Supportive management and a strong teamwork culture.
Job Responsibilities
- Supervise and coordinate site activities to ensure project progress, quality, and safety standards.
- Liaise with Project Manager, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure timely delivery of works.
- Monitor workmanship and resolve on-site issues promptly.
- Manage site manpower and ensure work is executed according to drawings and specifications.
- Prepare daily site reports, progress updates, and site photos.
- Enforce safety protocols and ensure compliance with statutory regulations.
