PRODUCTION MANAGER - PLASTIC INJECTION MOULDING

Manage equipment and process effectiveness within plastic injection molding on production area.

Collaborate with production and quality departments to ensure plastic injection parts meet customer design specification and final requirements (dirt, black dot, white mark and etc).

Provides technical support, troubleshoots process issues and drives operational improvements, through effective problem solving and corrective action implementation.

Evaluate current manufacturing processes and procedures that will improve efficiency, safety and create cost reduction opportunities.

Implementation and further development of new injection molding technologies.

Job Requirement :

Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree or Professional Degree in Plastic Injection Molding Industrial / Manufacturing Engineering or equivalent.

At least 5 years of working experience with experience as a production or plant manager, including a comprehensive leadership background in a plastic injection manufacturing environment.

Knowledge in process engineering for plastic injection molding.

A team player with good interpersonal and communication skill and able to interact with people at all level.

Demonstrate professionalism in dealing with internal and external parties.

Trustworthy and able to maintain confidentiality with high level of integrity and commitment.

Good command of English and Bahasa Malaysia both verbal and written.

Japanese Language proficiency an added advantage.

People management skills and problem-solving skill.

Extensive experience and knowledge of safety and quality standard.

Customer oriented and with good leadership and planning ability.
