The Business Services Payroll Associate position is an exciting opportunity for candidates who thrive in a dynamic and fast-paced business process outsourcing (BPO) environment.
The Payroll Associate supports the delivery of accurate and timely payroll services to multiple clients across different industries and countries. Working under the guidance of senior consultants, the role is responsible for preparing, validating, and processing payroll data while ensuring compliance with statutory regulations and client policies.
Comprehensive on-the-job training will be provided for country-specific payroll processes, local regulations, and internal systems. This position offers valuable exposure to regional payroll operations and client management within a consulting environment, providing a strong foundation for career growth in payroll and HR advisory services. While helpful, no prior professional experience is required, and new graduates are encouraged to apply.
