Salary Range : RM4,700 – RM7,000 + Quarterly Incentives

About the Opportunity
We are partnering with a renowned international bank to hire driven and ambitious professionals for the role of Business Development Manager (Business Banking) focused on SME lending and relationship management.
Responsibilities
- Proactively market and originate Guarantee Instalment Loan products.
- Build and manage strong relationships with SME clients and business owners.
- Identify new business opportunities and develop effective sales strategies.
- Engage with clients across industries with sales turnovers from RM1M to RM100M .
- Ensure full compliance with internal policies and regulatory requirements.
Qualifications
Minimum 1–2 years in business banking, SME lending, or commercial loans (Guarantee Instalment Loan experience preferred).Financial Knowledge : Able to read and interpret balance sheets, P&L statements and assess business financials.People Skills : Strong relationship-building and client engagement abilities – confident in meeting business owners and decision-makers.Energetic, proactive, and goal-driven professionals .Experience in unsecured lending, commercial loans, or mortgage sales is a plus.Team player yet capable of managing own portfolio.Not a job hopper – we value consistency and long-term growth.Benefits
