Job Responsibilities
- Provide 24x7 supports on IT related systems.
- Troubleshoot, diagnose, and resolve application-related issues reported by users.
- Collaborate with software vendors and developers for issue escalation and resolution.
- Monitor application performance and conduct regular health checks.
- Document incidents, resolutions, FAQs, and create user guides or training materials.
- Maintain SLAs for incident response and resolution times.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and IT security standards.
