Job Responsibility
Responsible for the day-to-day administrative and account functions of the company.
Administrative and office management duties.
Manage filing of documents and records.
Prepare client invoices and verify supplier invoices.
Coordinate on dispatch of documents and courier.
Administrative and office management duties.
Coordinate and support staff events, gatherings, and team-building activities to enhance employee engagement.
To handle any additional task assigned by superior from time to time.
Requirement
1–2 years' relevant experience (manufacturing industry preferred).
Able to work independently and handle confidential information.
Proactive, adaptable, and able to manage multiple responsibilities.
Basic knowledge of Excel and Microsoft Office
Language skills : Fluent in Chinese (both written and spoken) to effectively communicate with teams from HQ.
