PURCHASING OR INVENTORY OR MATERIAL AND WAREHOUSE MANAGEMENT
Job Responsibilities
1) Planning & Scheduling
- Develop and maintain raw material requirement plans in alignment with the production schedule and demand forecast.
 - Monitor inventory levels and ensure sufficient raw material availability to avoid production disruptions.
 - Optimize stock levels by balancing supply, demand, and lead times.
 
2) Procurement Coordination
Work closely with the Procurement team to communicate material requirements, lead times, and order schedules.Track supplier performance in terms of delivery, quality, and responsiveness.Escalate any risks of shortages or delays and propose mitigation actions.3) Inventory & System Management
Maintain accurate material data in ERP / MRP systems, including safety stock, lead times, and minimum order quantities.Monitor slow-moving, excess, and obsolete raw materials and coordinate disposal or repurposing actions.Support cycle counts and stock accuracy initiatives.4) Collaboration & Communication
Liaise with Demand Planners and Production Planners to ensure alignment between material supply and production needs.Coordinate with Quality Assurance on material quality issues impacting production.Provide regular updates and reports on material status, shortages, and risks.Job Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business, or related field.Minimum 2–3 years of experience in material planning, inventory control, or supply chain management.Proficiency in ERP / MRP systems and MS Excel.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.Detail-oriented, organized, and able to work under pressure.Candidate must be willing to work in Rawang, Selangor.Interested candidate can apply online or send your updated resume to
