Description : Give full support to Head of Sales by assisting to manage the Sales operation & ensuring the hotel’s revenue goals are met. Analyse market trends & developing strategies to increase Sales & attract new customers. Responsible for building relationship with customers & negotiating contracts
Responsibilities
- Assist the sales team with telemarketing, maintaining client relationships, in-house & outside sales and preparing sales-related documents and proposals.
- Event Coordination : Communicate with clients, coordinate with other in-house hotel departments, and ensure the successful execution of events and meetings.
- Digital & Brand Management : Creativity in create the hotel's digital reputation and online presence, as well as assist with in-house branding and promotional materials.
- Administrative Tasks : Prepare sales operation report, manage amenity procurement, and assembled information packages.
- Client Relations : Process customer orders, ensure data accuracy, and maintain strong relationships with customers.
Essential Skills and Qualifications
Experience : Prior experience in the hospitality industry or a similar sales support role is often preferred.Education : Diploma holder or other relevant education backgroundCommunication : Excellent written and verbal English, with multilingual abilities being a strong advantage.Technical Skills : Familiarity with hotel operation systems, computer literate (Microsoft Office / Photoshop) and media social boost marketing engine (Facebook, TikTok, IG or others relevant). Creative in creating & editing sales poster and video content will be much advantages.Organization : Active listening, responsiveness, and effective time management.Market Knowledge : Familiarity with the local market and relevant industry trends.#J-18808-Ljbffr
