About the Role
The incumbent will be responsible for the complete spectrum of Industrial Sales & Sales Management for customers in Malaysia, Vietnam, Singapore, Philippines and Indonesia, driving significant sales growth in these markets.
Responsibilities
- Develops and executes sales strategies to meet regional sales targets and business objectives.
- Manages and leads sales teams in Malaysia, agents in Philippines and distributors, ensuring high performance and alignment with regional goals.
- Identify new market opportunities within SEA and adapt strategies for different markets for the various products and services.
- Monitoring and analysing sales data, preparing regular reports on sales performance, forecasts, and market trends.
- Annual budgeting / target setting with monthly reporting and outlook presentations.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Mechanical engineering is preferred).Required Skills
About 8-12 years of experience on Industrial sales & sales management. Preferably from the Packaging industry, having customer based on Metal, Automotive, FMCG, F&B industry, Logistics.Several years of working experience in one or several of the above mentioned countries (plus Malaysia).Hunter mindset and well versed in selling premium products.Having experience on managing and leading sales teams in Malaysia, agents in Philippines and distributors ensuring high performance and alignment with regional goals.Strong written and verbal communication skills in English and ability to communicate well with all levels. Strong relationship builder.Influential skills to get things done internally and inspire the whole team.
