Assist and educate customers on self-service and digital banking channels Handle account / transaction inquiries and provide solutions Conduct call-backs and follow-ups when needed Perform basic KYC checks and ensure compliance Deliver a professional, customer-first experience Job Requirements
Min. 1 year customer service experience in BPO or banking preferred SPM graduate and above; fresh grads are welcome Fluent in English & Mandarin (spoken & written) Willing to work on rotational shifts if required Good communication skills and ability to build strong customer rapport Benefits
