Job Responsibility

  • Work closely with the creative and marketing department to coordinate projects.
  • Gate keeper for operation team
  • Communicate with client and operations
  • Ensure job execution
  • Monitoring project timelines
  • Liaise with vendors and suppliers for servicing
  • Providing administrative support as needed
  • Submission for approval (eg. DBP and IPO)

Job Requirements

  • At least a Diploma holder
  • At least 1 year experience
  • Good in Microsoft Word & Excel
  • Able to work independently as well as in a team
  • Excellent communication or social skill would be an added advantage because we believe in the power of two-way communication
  • Has an easy-going and fun personality and most importantly positive attitude
  • Own transport & driving license
