Position Overview
As Lead Corporate Partnerships & Events, you will take ownership of Koppiku’s partnership strategy and event execution, driving long‑term business growth and brand equity through strategic collaborations, activations, and corporate engagement. You will lead partnership design, oversee execution, manage key client relationships, and mentor the partnership & events team.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement the overall corporate partnership and events strategy aligned with Koppiku’s growth objectives and brand positioning
- Refine and expand Koppiku’s partnership and events framework, ensuring scalable processes for identifying, onboarding, and nurturing partners and events
- Lead the end‑to‑end partnership and events lifecycle from prospecting and negotiation to execution, optimisation, and renewal
- Oversee the creation of partnership and events playbooks, agreements, and co‑marketing guidelines to ensure brand consistency and partner success
- Build and maintain strategic relationships with key corporate partners, sponsors, and brand collaborators
- Act as the primary liaison for high‑value corporate accounts, ensuring partner satisfaction and maximizing mutual ROI
- Lead proposal and pitch development with compelling storytelling, data insights, and brand alignment
- Collaborate cross‑functionally with Marketing, Operations, and Product teams to deliver integrated partnership experiences
- Oversee the planning and execution of strategic brand events, activations, and partnership‑driven experiences
- Design and manage co‑marketing campaigns that enhance brand visibility and deliver measurable outcomes for both Koppiku and partners
- Work closely with the Marketing team to conceptualise creative campaigns, pop‑ups, collaborations, and seasonal activations
- Ensure seamless on‑ground execution that reflects Koppiku’s brand values and quality standards
- Conduct market and competitor research to identify emerging trends and partnership opportunities
- Monitor and analyse partnership and event performance metrics to evaluate success and improve strategies
- Perform other related duties / tasks as assigned by superior / management
Requirements
Diploma / Degree in Marketing, Mass Communication or a related fieldMinimum of 4–5 years of experience in a related fieldAbility to work in a fast‑paced environmentExcellent presentation, communication, problem‑solving, interpersonal, time‑management, and negotiation skillsProven track record in developing and managing strategic partnerships or brand collaborationsAbility to work under minimal supervisionA valuable team player able to work independentlyComputer literate with good command of both written and spoken English and MalayConfident, proactive, able to work under pressure and meet tight deadlinesPossess own transport and willingness to travelSalary Range
