QA Engineer

Jinjing Malaysia is a manufacturing plant focusing on ultra‑thin solar glass and ultra‑clear glass used in automotive, electronics, and solar industries.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for establishment of the company’s Quality Management System (QMS) and organizing the implementation.
• Responsible for the management standardization of document control.
• Responsible to manage and handle Documented Information related with ISO 9001 and derive continual improvement.
• Responsible with all types of external audits for the new year, including SNI, SIRIM, FS, etc., and make audit plans according to the time nodes of the annual review, and prepare the audit checklist and documents in advance.
• Responsible to ensure proper classification, sorting and filing management system.
• Maintain the Standard Operation Procedure content and coordinate issuing of these documents.
• Establish a list of equipment and measuring instruments and regularly check and update as required.
• Ensure all equipment calibrated and update by monthly basis.
• Responsible to ensure the GR&R is performed upon receiving new or calibrated equipment.
• Responsible to ensure the equipment use in production floor is calibrated equipment.
• Train people within own work group.
