Business Analyst

We are looking for an experienced IT Business Analyst to join our team on a 1-year contract (renewable) basis to support technology and transformation initiatives within our financial services operations. The successful candidate will work closely with stakeholders across banking or insurance domains, playing a critical role in bridging the gap between business needs and IT solutions.

Key Responsibilities :

• Communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels, ensuring consistent understanding and expectations to articulate business needs from a varied group of stakeholders.
• Gather requirements from stakeholders, analyse the requirements and provide strategic insights that meet business objectives.
• Produce documents such as business requirement documents, functional specifications documents, process flow diagrams, testing scripts and training materials based on each project’s requirements.
• Closely monitor project progress and conduct project status updates meetings for clients.
• Support or lead System Integration Test (SIT), User Acceptance Test (UAT) and Regression Test.
• Conduct trainings to end users and provide software / application support.
• Effectively communicate plans, findings, suggestions, and / or ideas with cross-functional team members and clients.
