We are looking for an experienced IT Business Analyst to join our team on a 1-year contract (renewable) basis to support technology and transformation initiatives within our financial services operations. The successful candidate will work closely with stakeholders across banking or insurance domains, playing a critical role in bridging the gap between business needs and IT solutions.
Key Responsibilities :
- Communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels, ensuring consistent understanding and expectations to articulate business needs from a varied group of stakeholders.
- Gather requirements from stakeholders, analyse the requirements and provide strategic insights that meet business objectives.
- Produce documents such as business requirement documents, functional specifications documents, process flow diagrams, testing scripts and training materials based on each project’s requirements.
- Closely monitor project progress and conduct project status updates meetings for clients.
- Support or lead System Integration Test (SIT), User Acceptance Test (UAT) and Regression Test.
- Conduct trainings to end users and provide software / application support.
- Effectively communicate plans, findings, suggestions, and / or ideas with cross-functional team members and clients.
Role Requirements :
A bachelor’s degree or higher (preferably in Computer Science, Information Systems, Science & Technology, Business Studies or similar fields).Must be passionate, self-motivated and fast learner.Must possess excellent analytical, critical thinking, problem-solving, communication and interpersonal skills.Must possess strong proficiency in English and Malay language (written and spoken).Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.Ability to cope with tight deadlines and adhere to the delivery plan.Seniority level
