Provide front-line support to our customers via live chats, phones, and email. Answer queries and resolve client issues regarding our products, platforms, and promotion. Address customer feedback as well as complaints professionally. Record and update customer data and other relevant information when necessary. Support documentation / administrative needs within the department and support translation for customer announcement notices. Qualifications and Requirements
Bachelor's degree in business study or any related field. Honest, meticulous in work, and a sense of responsibility. Hands-on experience in quality assurance. Proven record of ability to communicate (negative) feedback and coaching skill. Employment type
