Job Summary :
Sales Manager is responsible for researching, developing marketing opportunities, planning and implementing new sales plans. Sales Manager will also manage both the marketing and sales staff and will perform managerial duties to meet the company's operation goals. To generate revenue and achieved budget given.
Responsibilities :
- Responsible on promoting the company existing brands in order to achieve budget given.
- To assist Senior Manager initiating, tabulating, presenting and execution of the action plan in order to achieve the Staffing, Sales Budget and profitability.
- To assist in formulating the marketing strategies for the division.
- To assist in building a strong team of personnel and conduct training for new staff and continuous development on the marketing, sales, quality service and products.
- To implement new sales plans and advertising.
- To maintain relationships with client by making regular visits, understanding their needs and anticipating new marketing opportunities.
- To abide by all directives, policy and procedures issued by the company.
Requirements :
Bachelor's degree / Post Graduate Diploma / Professional Degree / Master Degree in Economics / Business Studies / Management / Marketing Or equivalent.Excellent written and verbal communication skills and 3 years working experience in the related field.Experience in planning and implementing sales strategies.Experience in managing and directing sales team / lead sales team.Collaboration and motivation skills, remain calm under pressure and good people skills.Ability to motivate and build relationship with sales staff. and generate revenue for the business.
