We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive PMC Assistant to support our daily production chain operations. The PMC Assistant will assist in coordinating material flow, monitoring inventory levels, preparing and processing purchase orders, tracking shipments, and liaising with suppliers and internal departments to ensure timely delivery and efficient supply chain performance. This role plays a key part in maintaining smooth end-to-end supply chain activities and supporting overall operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Plan, monitor, and control material flow to ensure continuous production with minimal downtime.
  • Prepare and update production schedules based on customer orders, forecasts, and material availability.
  • Coordinate with purchasing, warehouse, and production teams to ensure timely supply of raw materials and components.
  • Monitor inventory levels and maintain accurate stock records in the system.
  • Review and analyze material requirements to support production planning.
  • Track work orders and ensure production output meets schedule and delivery timelines.
  • Follow up on supplier delivery status and coordinate with internal departments on material shortages or delays.
  • Prepare and maintain reports related to production progress, inventory status, and material usage.
  • Identify and highlight potential supply or capacity constraints to management.
  • Support continuous improvement initiatives to optimize material utilization, inventory control, and planning accuracy.
  • Ensure all documentation related to planning and material control is properly recorded and organized.

Administrative Support :

  • Provide general administrative support to factory management and departmental teams.
  • Perform office tasks such as filing, data entry, and organizing company documents and contracts.
  • Support internal and external communications, including email and telephone correspondence.
  • Assist sales and logistics departments with customer inquiries and order processing when needed.
  • Qualifications : Education :

  • Diploma or Bachelor\'s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
  • SPM holders with relevant experience will also be considered.
  • Experience :

  • 1–2 years of experience in purchasing or administrative role is an advantage.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (especially Excel, Word, and PowerPoint).
  • Knowledge of supply chain and purchasing principles.
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • High attention to detail with a proactive problem-solving attitude.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively across departments.
  • Discreet with confidential information and professional in all interactions.
  • Fluent in Mandarin (can read, speak, write) to communicate effectively communicate with Mandarin-speaking clients.
