Responsibilities :

  • Manage and oversee daily live stream operations, ensuring smooth execution.
  • Involved in brainstorming & planning of the marketing strategy of live stream presentations.
  • Responsible for content creation, planning & execution of short videos on TikTok / Shopee / IG.
  • Coordinate with hosts, moderators, and technical teams to ensure timely setup and stream quality.
  • Monitor livestream performance metrics (e.g., engagement, sales, viewership) and provide actionable insights.
  • Assist in the creation and management of a live streaming schedule, aligning with campaign plans and goals.
  • Ensure compliance with live stream guidelines and platform policies.
  • Troubleshoot technical issues during live streams to minimize disruptions.
  • Collaborate with the content and marketing teams to optimize live stream scripts, visuals, and promotions.
  • Research and stay updated on the latest trends and best practices in live commerce.
  • Any other tasks and projects assigned by the superior / company.

    • Job Requirements

    We are looking for someone with :

  • Proven experience in live streaming, or e-commerce, is a plus.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills, with attention to detail.
  • Familiarity with social commerce platforms like TikTokShop and Shopee Live.
  • Basic technical knowledge of livestream equipment and software.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Keen interest in Fashion & FMCG products and open to exploring learning new product categories.
  • Enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, achieving as a team, sharing successes and growth together.
  • Able to work morning or evening shift and weekends / public holidays. (Rotating shifts)
