Senior Manager, Global Card Issuance Operations

Architect the global operational strategy and manage critical relationships with international card organizations (e.g., Visa, Mastercard) and partner banks. Lead the end-to-end launch of card products, partnering with Product and R&D to define goals and ensure successful delivery. Empower regional growth by developing localized strategies and providing operational data, tools, and process support. Qualifications

Proven experience in global card issuance, virtual card programs, or cross-border payments within a bank, FinTech, or payment processor. Must have direct, hands-on experience working with international card schemes and / or partner banks. Expert-level project management skills, capable of driving complex, multi-stakeholder initiatives across cultures. Life at OSL
