Digital Ads Specialist

Job Description

Kredit Rakyat is seeking a Digital Ads Specialist to manage and optimize our paid advertising campaigns on Facebook and TikTok as well as Google The main goal of this role is to generate high-quality leads for our financial products and ensure maximum ROI on ad spend.

You will be responsible for end-to-end campaign management : from planning, creating, and launching ads to tracking performance, optimizing results, and reporting. This role is ideal for someone who is results-driven, analytical, and creative in building campaigns that attract and convert.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, execute, and manage Facebook Ads and TikTok Ads campaigns focused on lead generation.
• Conduct audience research and develop effective targeting strategies.
• Create ad creatives, copy, and landing pages (with support from our design team if needed).
• Monitor and analyze campaign performance, adjusting strategies to optimize cost per lead (CPL).
• Manage ad budgets efficiently to maximize ROI.
• Run A / B testing on creatives, captions, and formats to improve performance.
• Stay updated with Meta and TikTok advertising policies (especially financial services compliance).
• Prepare weekly performance reports with insights and recommendations.
