As our portfolio continues to expand, we are seeking a Senior Product Planning Executive to support our upcoming development projects. This role requires a balance of technical design knowledge, attention to detail, and creativity to ensure that our products are marketable, well-coordinated, and deliver strong value to our customers.

What You’ll Be Doing

Review and coordinate architectural drawings with structural, M&E, and related disciplines to ensure alignment.

Conduct and compile market infoforanalysis.

Participate in design coordination meetings and ensure consistency of design intent across consultant submissions.

Identify, resolve, or escalate technical and design issues in a timely manner.

Provide input for value engineering, cost optimisation, and quality improvement through design details.

Contribute innovative ideas during the conceptual design stage of new projects.

Ensure overall quality and consistency of design deliverables.

Undertake other product planning and design tasks as assigned by managers.

What We’re Looking For

Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Architecture or equivalent.

Minimum 5 years’ experience in property development or architectural industry.

Strong knowledge of design details within the property development industry.

Proficient in 2D / 3D software (e.g. AutoCAD, SketchUp, Photoshop ).

Strong visual sense, attention to detail, and passion for architectural / product planning.

Creative, innovative, and analytical with a cost-conscious mindset .

Ability to multitask projects and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
