Responsibilities

• Perform field service jobs as assigned and ensure that job execution results in customer satisfaction as well as in compliance with all safety standards
• Perform assigned field service jobs and / or according to maintenance schedule in a timely manner and submit complete documentation to Service Engineer to ensure fulfilment of daily service tasks to customers' satisfaction and in meeting department's sales targets
• Complete and submit service reports timely to department's coordinator for capturing of man hours and travelling hours into SAP for analysis
• Conduct testing and equipment failure analysis on customers' equipment in order to improve and stabilize equipment performance during service tasks
• Make recommendations for parts when necessary
• Maintain allocated service tools and all Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) issued in accordance to required EHS standards and company policies
• Maintain the upkeep of service facilities and service vehicles according to 5S standards and recommend repair and servicing as required
• Participate in periodic service and safety training as scheduled to ensure constant update of product knowledge and to meet industry EHS requirements
• Perform field activities according to EHS procedures and standards to achieve required safety standards
• Awareness of ISO 14001 & 45001 Standards
