Role Description

This is a contract, on-site role for a Service Desk Analyst (Mandarin Speaker) based in WP. Kuala Lumpur. The Service Desk Analyst will be responsible for providing technical support, troubleshooting issues, and delivering customer support. The role requires handling customer inquiries, resolving service requests, and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

  • Technical Support and Troubleshooting skills
  • Analytical Skills
  • Customer Support and Customer Service skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Mandarin and English
  • Ability to work on-site in WP. Kuala Lumpur
  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field is preferred
  • Experience in a similar role is an advantage
