Job Summary :

The Elite Job is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Entry Level Data Entry Clerk to join our team on a part-time, remote basis. As a data entry clerk, you will play a key role in supporting our operations by accurately inputting, updating, and maintaining various types of data. This position offers the flexibility of working from home and is ideal for individuals looking to start or advance their careers in administrative support with a focus on data management.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Accurately input data from various sources into the companys systems.
  • Ensure the timely and accurate updating of databases, spreadsheets, and other records.
  • Perform routine data checks and ensure consistency and accuracy.
  • Assist with organizing and categorizing documents and data for easier access.
  • Identify and report any data discrepancies, inconsistencies, or issues to supervisors.
  • Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information.
  • Perform other administrative duties as needed.

Required Skills and Qualifications :

  • High school diploma or equivalent (additional certification in office administration is a plus).
  • Strong attention to detail and high level of accuracy.
  • Ability to manage time effectively and meet deadlines.
  • Excellent computer skills, including proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, etc.).
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a remote team.
  • Fast typing speed and good familiarity with basic data entry software.
  • Strong organizational skills.

    • Experience :

  • No previous experience required; this is an entry-level position.
  • Experience in administrative or office roles is beneficial but not essential.
  • Basic experience with data entry or related tasks is an advantage.

    • Working Hours :

  • This is a part-time, remote position.
  • Flexible hours, approximately 15-25 hours per week.
  • Ability to work in the evenings or weekends, depending on individual availability and workload.

    • Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities :

  • Strong understanding of data entry procedures and best practices.
  • Knowledge of data protection and confidentiality standards.
  • Ability to adapt to new software and tools quickly.
  • Proficient with data management tools such as Excel, Google Sheets, and other data-related software.
  • Good problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently and stay motivated in a remote environment.
