Title : Oracle HCM Time & Labor Techno Functional Consultant

Location : Hybrid / Remote

Task Description : We are seeking a senior-level Oracle HCM Cloud Time and Labor (OTL) Functional Consultant to join our team for a long-term, remote engagement. This role will focus on implementing and optimizing Oracle Cloud Time and Labor solutions.

Key Responsibilities :

Lead client-facing workshops and discussions to gather and analyze business requirements.
Configure Oracle Cloud OTL and Absence modules with a focus on scheduling and logistic sector needs.
Provide expert guidance and best practices for Time and Labor implementations.
Work closely with project stakeholders and technical teams to deliver scalable and effective solutions.
Manage documentation, testing, training, and go-live support activities.

Required Qualifications :

Extensive hands-on experience with Oracle Cloud Time and Labor, particularly in Workforce Scheduling functionalities.

Minimum of 2 successful implementations of OTL in Oracle HCM Cloud.

Experience integrating OTL with Oracle Absence Management and local payroll.

Experience in configuring Fast Formulas, Time Entry Rules, Time Processing Profiles, and Work Schedules.

Proven ability to manage client relationships and serve as a trusted advisor.

Strong communication and problem-solving skills.

Ability to work independently
