Job Role : Area Sales Manager
Responsibilities
Achieve growth and hit sales targets by selling company pharmaceutical
products and meeting customer needs.
Performing cost-benefit analyses of existing and potential customers
Services existing accounts, obtains orders and establishes new accounts by
organizing daily work schedule to call on potential clinics / doctors.
Provide training to clinic staffs and runs promotional events in hospital / clinics.
Work with sales team to ensure marketing plans are translated to action and
result.
Submit daily call plan, sales, pipeline reports.
Design and implement a strategic business plan that expands company's
customer base and ensure it's strong presence
Build and promote strong, long-lasting customer relationships by partnering
with them and understanding their needs
Present sales, revenue and expenses reports and realistic forecasts to the
management team
Identify emerging markets and market shifts while being fully aware of new
products and competition status
Requirements
At least 2 years works experience in medical sales industry
Possess strong network of Aesthetics clinic, Plastic surgeon, Dermatologist.
Highly Motivated.
Good command of English and Mandarin.
Good negotiation and sales skill
