The Role
We are looking for a Senior Executive / Executive (HR Service Delivery) to join our HR team in Kuala Lumpur. This role supports both Associates and Clients, ensuring smooth HR operations, compliance, and service excellence.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead / Support HR Service Delivery team to ensure quality and compliance.
- Manage end-to-end employee lifecycle : onboarding, induction, payroll coordination, engagement, retention, and offboarding.
- Handle employee relations, disciplinary cases, and engagement initiatives.
- Act as primary contact for client HR queries and escalations.
- Drive continuous improvement in HR processes, systems, and service delivery.
What We're Looking For
Job Type : Full-time
Pay : RM4, RM5,500.00 per month
