We are now hiring for a Surface Finishing & Treatment Engineer, to be based in our Malaysia office (Synturn (M) Sdn Bhd).

RESPONSIBILITY

• To achieve KPI goals such as productivity value, quality yield, etc.
• Manage related customer visit, audit, etc.
• Manage machines spare parts and maintenances
• Manage  documentations such as work instructions, checksheets, etc.
• Drive initiatives to improve surface quality, reduce rejection rates, and optimize chemical usage and operating costs.
• Contribution of ideas in cost saving projects
• Develop new plating / washing product and processes
