Company and Job Overview
An established interior design and architectural firm is now seeking a Senior Interior Designer. This role involves leading the design process from concept to construction, technical documentation, and site coordination.
Job Responsibilities
- Lead space planning, concept development, and design presentations, producing high‑quality visuals and client‑facing materials.
- Act as the main design liaison, managing communications with clients, consultants, and internal teams throughout all project phases.
- Translate concepts into detailed technical drawings, oversee tender and construction packages, and ensure compliance with codes and standards.
- Support tendering and construction stages through site inspections, technical coordination, and collaboration with contractors and QS teams.
- Guide junior designers, manage material libraries, liaise with vendors, and assist the Design Manager with departmental goals and tasks.
