Sales Associate / Cashier

Job Description :

We are seeking a motivated and customer-oriented individual to join our team as a Sales Associate / Cashier at our Petron Fuel Station in Rawang. In this role, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, processing transactions accurately and efficiently, and maintaining a clean and organized work environment.

Key Responsibilities :

• Greet customers warmly and provide prompt and efficient service.
• Process customer transactions accurately, including fuel sales, convenience store items, and other services.
• Handle cash and card payments accurately and reconcile daily sales.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area, including the cashier counter and surrounding areas.
• Assist customers with inquiries and resolve any customer issues promptly and professionally.
• Adhere to all company policies and procedures.
• Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
