Talent Acquisition Manager, SEA
We're looking for a Talent Acquisition Manager to lead hiring efforts across Southeast Asia (Malaysia, Singapore, Thailand), driving growth and excellence for one of the region's most reputable recruitment firms.

Your new role
This role will provide you with the platform to :
- Partner with business leaders to forecast headcount needs and align hiring plans with growth targets
- Lead sourcing, interviewing, and selection processes for internal hires across the business
- Build strong talent pipelines through job boards, referrals, events, and campaigns
- Champion employer branding initiatives to position the company as a top destination for recruitment professionals
- Track and report on hiring metrics, time-to-fill, and quality-of-hire across markets
What you'll need to succeed
In this role, you will need experience in the following areas :
5 years' experience in Talent Acquisition, ideally within the recruitment or staffing industryEstablishing credible relationships with senior leaders and hiring managers, acting as a trusted advisor and subject-matter expert in talent acquisitionDelivering the targeted objectives and effectively hitting the headcount target of the organisationHiring the best talent through talent mapping and competitor analysisProactively building and maintaining a pipeline of candidatesManage and develop sourcing strategies using direct sourcing, online postings, referrals, and other creative search methodsLeveraging universities / relevant bodies, social media, and other recruiting resources to identify qualified candidatesSubject-matter expert in direct sourcing strategies to engage, attract, and nurture passive candidates.Experience with identifying sustainable attraction channels for Emerging (Early Career) CandidatesExperience with creating and facilitating emerging (Early Career) Assessment CentresPassion for people, growth, and building high-performance teams
