Responsibilities

Responsible for the functional and performance testing, as well as the acceptance testing of trading, payment and CRM system applications and backend subsystems.

Analyze and compile software performance testing requirements, develop comprehensive performance testing plans and ensure the execution.

Drive and monitor the entire project workflow, assess potential risks, facilitate issue resolution and ensure the quality of the product.

Research and implement new methodologies and tools to enhance testing efficiency and establish a robust testing framework.

Work with various teams to ensure software solutions meet the user expectations.

Requirements

A minimum of 3 years of experience in software testing and development, with a bachelor’s degree or higher in Computer Science or a related field (candidates with non-relevant majors will not be considered).

Experienced as a Software Tester or Software Quality Assurance specialist.

Expertise in industry-standard development and testing technologies, with a strong understanding of software testing processes and methodologies.

Proficient in database operations and SQL, with experience in at least one of the following databases : Oracle, SQL Server or MySQL.

Proven ability to independently set up and deploy an automated testing platform (mandatory).

Experienced in software development lifecycle management (SDLC).

Experience with testing tools, including but not limited to Selenium, Cucumber, SoapUI, Postman, Junit, LoadRunner, Katalon etc.

Excellent communication skills, with a strong capability in requirements analysis and test case design.
