Our company is looking for an Accounts Executive. In this role, you will be working along with our Finance Manager, taking care of our company accounts and some related administrative work. After some on-the-job training, you would get to put your accounting skills to use every day in new and challenging situations with our ERP system.

Job Responsibilities

  • prepare journal entries
  • complete general ledger operations
  • monthly closings and preparation of monthly financial statements
  • reconcile and maintain balance sheet accounts
  • prepare analysis of accounts as requested
  • assist with year end closings
  • administer accounts receivable and accounts payable
  • assist in preparing budgets and forecasts
  • account / bank reconciliations
  • review and process expense reports
  • assist with preparation and coordination of the audit process
  • assist with implementing and maintaining internal financial controls and procedures

Requirements :

  • Must possess at least Bachelor's degree in Accounting.
  • Must possess strong interpersonal skills.
  • Active listener and precise follow-up written communication, with "customer first" attitude.
  • Able to work under pressure, closing out cases on deadline through strong personal stress management.
  • Reliable, dependable and independent.
  • Highly motivated with a strong desire for personal growth and career accomplishment
  • Proficient in English and Malaysia language – both written and spoken.
  • Applicants should be Malaysian citizens or foreigner that hold relevant residence status.
  • Preferable 1-2 years of working experience in similar position.
