Job Responsibilities :
- Pre and post contract administration
- Examining and reviewing or assessing tender / construction plans and BQs then prepare quantity requirements
- Prepare various Quantity Surveying documents including budgetary estimates from sketch drawing, bill of quantities for all disciplines and cost estimates.
- To take measurement and ensure that the prices quoted in the tender are accurate and appropriate.
- Preparing technical contract and be able to read up tender specifications & drawings
- Performing risk, value management and cost control is an added value
- Able to communicate and coordinate effectively with Consultants, Construction Team and Subcontractors
- To prepare summary of materials with sample submission and quantity control purposes then liaise closely with purchaser on purchase related matter.
- Able to carry out on site remeasurement of provisional BQ.
- To be responsible in managing, monitoring, and coordinating all quantity surveying work and contractual matters
- Evaluate and prepare the Project progress claim, site valuations, variations order and final accounts
- Able to negotiate with client and sub-contractor
- Familiar with PAM contract condition is an added advantage.
- Tender preparation and material sourcing
- Reporting on variation orders
- Keep track of Debit note of various sub-contractor
Job Requirements :
Candidates must possess at least a Diploma / Degree in Quantity Surveyor or related discipline.Team player with initiative and the ability to work independently under tight schedules.Computer literate, e.g., Microsoft Office, Microsoft Project & AutoCADRequired language(s) : Mandarin, English, Bahasa MalaysiaExcellent time management skills and ability to multi-task and prioritize workHave your own transportationWith knowledge in Glodon Software is an added advantageTraveling from the office to various sites when requiredWork Hours :
Monday - Friday ( 8 : 30am - 6 : 00pm) ( Saturday Occasionally )

Pay : RM3, RM5,000.00 per month
