Position : Customer Service Inbound Call
Location : Komtar, Penang
Basic : RM2000-RM2300
Allowances :
KPI - RM300Transport - Max up to RM200Shift : RM90Responsibilities
- Handle all types of customer interactions across multiple channels, including correspondence, live chat, email, and calls.
- Provide accurate and timely responses to customers’ technical issues, general inquiries, and product-related questions.
- Ensure every transaction is managed professionally to deliver a positive customer experience.
- Strive to achieve high levels of customer satisfaction and contribute to building long-term customer loyalty.
Qualifications
- Minimum Sijil Pelajaran Malaysia (SPM) holder with at least one (1) year of relevant working experience.
- Open for fresh graduates (Diploma or above).
- Able to speak average in ENGLISH & good in MALAY.
- Basic computer knowledge.
- Able to work on Rotational shifts, including Weekends and Public Holidays.
