We are looking for an experienced and resourceful HR Recruiter to lead the recruitment for English-speaking specialists working on data of media and communication content review and AI training projects.

Job Responsibilities

• As an AI Trainer you will play a key part in training large language models that power our AI-native games. Your contributions will fine-tune our models’ performance across several departments (with a specific focus on emotional intelligence and logic) helping to create an immersive user experience within our fictional worlds.
• There are 4 main areas : LLM, Creative Content Writer, Audio, Video
• Annotate game content such as dialogues, quests, character interactions, scripts, and TTS (text to speech), action / movement, dialog, facial expressions, and more
• Ensure accuracy and consistency in the data to optimize players’ gaming experience
• Create in-depth world building, comprehensive characters, mini-plots, personality profiles, and other relevant details
• Annotate and evaluate model responses against our internal language & logic rubrics in an effort to improve dialogue and overall interactions to achieve the best user experience possible
• Collaborate with our research and product teams to develop state-of-the-art large language models and audio and video generation technologies
