Service Technician (Based in Johor Bahru)

Job Responsibilities
- To provide technical assistance and support for incoming queries.
- To provide hands-on technical support and training for clients on various types of POS terminals.
- To load and configure software for POS terminals.
- To perform POS terminal installation and support at customer sites.
- Troubleshoot and repair POS terminals as required.
- Undertake special duties as assigned by a Superior.
- Able to work shifts, overtime, weekends or public holidays if required.
Job Requirements
Must possess own transport.Must possess at least a SPM, Diploma, or Professional Certificate in IT, Engineering or equivalent.Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.Well-disciplined with the right attitude.Good interpersonal skills to work collaboratively with the team.Knowledge of POS terminals is an added advantage.POS terminal training will be provided.Applicants should be Malaysian citizens or hold relevant residence status.Able to converse in English and Bahasa Malaysia.Job Benefits
