Monitor server performance and perform systems maintenance / backups according to requirements, Troubleshoot issues and outages.

Ensure security through access controls, backups and firewalls.

Develop expertise for self improvement and to train staff on new technologies.

Build an internal wiki with technical documentation, manuals and IT policies.

Perform on-page / Off-page optimization activities based on client’s requirements, review client sites and provide feedback on areas that can be improved

Stay on top of latest Baidu-specific and google algorithm releases and report any changes that may impact the client’s websites.

Participating in other ad-hoc projects including but not limited to, the above-listed responsibilities as requested by the company.

Set up, configure, and maintain web stacks, support dev teams to finetune web stacks.

Manage and maintain domain list and DNS configs.

Support marketing teams’ system and WordPress config needs

Be ready on call for emergency over the weekends and holidays.
