JR Clinical Trial Manager II

We are currently seeking a Clinical Trial Manager II to join our diverse and dynamic team. As a Clinical Trial Manager II at ICON, you will play a pivotal role in designing and analyzing clinical trials, interpreting complex medical data, and contributing to the advancement of innovative treatments and therapies.

What you will be doing

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement effective clinical trial enrollment and develop comprehensive clinical trial protocols.
  • Oversee and manage day-to-day operations ensuring compliance with regulatory standards.
  • Analyze and interpret data, identify trends, and provide insights to optimize study outcomes.
  • Proactively address challenges and implement solutions to ensure successful execution of clinical trials.
  • Communicate with internal and external stakeholders to foster strong partnerships and facilitate smooth trial processes.

Your profile

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, with a minimum of (X) years of experience in clinical trial management.
  • Proven expertise in designing and executing clinical trials, with a strong understanding of regulatory requirements.
  • Exceptional analytical and problem‑solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex medical data.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate across diverse teams.
  • Detail‑oriented, organized, with a track record of successfully managing multiple tasks and priorities simultaneously.
