PROJECT SUPERVISOR / PROJECT ENGINEER (PENANG & KULIM ONLY)

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced M&E Project Supervisor / Project Engineer to join our team at Hong Poh Engineering Construction Sdn Bhd in Penang. This full-time position requires exceptional technical expertise, project management skills, and the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse stakeholders.

What You'll Be Doing

• Plan, manage, and execute mechanical and electrical (M&E) project activities, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with project specifications.
• Oversee the installation, testing, and commissioning of M&E systems, including HVAC, plumbing, and electrical wiring.
• Conduct regular project site inspections to identify, troubleshoot, and resolve issues effectively.
• Collaborate with project managers, engineers, architects, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless project execution.
• Develop and manage project schedules, budgets, and resources while ensuring cost optimization.
• Prepare detailed progress reports, project documentation, and technical submissions for internal and client review.
• Ensure compliance with safety, health, and environmental regulations, as well as industry standards.
• Provide guidance, support, and mentorship to junior engineers and technicians to ensure professional growth.
