Job responsibilities

  • Manage and oversee the daily operations of the e-commerce platform, ensuring smooth and efficient order processing, fulfillment, and delivery.
  • Monitor inventory levels, track stock movements, and implement strategies to optimize inventory turnover and minimize stockouts.
  • Coordinate with suppliers and logistics partners to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery of products to customers.
  • Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and returns related to e-commerce orders, providing excellent customer service and resolving issues promptly.
  • Analyze e-commerce data and generate reports on sales performance, customer behavior, and operational efficiency, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions.
  • Maintain and update product listings, descriptions, and pricing on the e-commerce platform, ensuring accuracy and consistency of information.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute e-commerce marketing campaigns, promotions, and initiatives to drive sales and increase customer engagement.

Job requirements

  • Diploma in Business Administration, E-commerce, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in e-commerce operations, order fulfillment, or inventory management.
  • Proficiency in Bahasa Malaysia and English, both written and spoken.
  • Strong understanding of e-commerce platforms and online sales processes.
  • Experience with inventory management systems and order processing software.
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in order fulfillment and inventory tracking.
  • Familiarity with local e-commerce market trends and customer preferences is a plus.
